By accessing or using the Jury Verdict Reporter of Colorado website and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Subscription Services

JVRC provides a weekly newsletter summarizing Colorado civil jury verdicts. Subscriptions are annual and renew automatically unless cancelled. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Account Access and Single Sign-On

Each subscription includes access for the number of user seats specified in your plan. Login credentials are assigned to individual users and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the authorized account holder. Sharing login details, passwords, or access tokens with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. If your firm requires additional user seats, please contact us to upgrade your plan.

Research Services

Research reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Reports are based on JVRC's archive of Colorado civil verdicts and are subject to the completeness of that archive. The copyrighted information in research reports is provided for the sole and exclusive use of the subscribing firm and cannot be duplicated, sold, otherwise transferred, or reformatted in other media without the express written permission of Jury Verdict Reporter of Colorado, LLC.

Intellectual Property

All content published in the JVRC newsletter is owned by Jury Verdict Reporter of Colorado, LLC and is copyrighted in accordance with Title 17, United States Code. Subscribers may use newsletter content for internal law firm purposes. Redistribution, resale, or republication without written permission is prohibited.
